Hot Melt Adhesive for bonding caps onto Tetrapack bottles.

Uses

Hot Melt Adhesive specially developped for bonding PP plastic caps onto PE bottles for milk, juices... Suitable on Tetrapack lines.

Benefits

  • Good adhesion to polypropylene and polyethylene substrates.
  • Very good thermal stability
  • Quick setting
  • Raw materials comply with FDA (CFR 21) 175-105 regulation

Properties

Physical:

  • Aspect - colour : blocks in silicone paper, off-white.
  • Viscosity Brookfield Thermosel : at 170°C : 6,500 mPa.s
  • Softening point : Ring and ball : approx. 105°C.

 

COMPOSITION:  Polyolefine polymer - waxes - synthetic resins - antioxidant

Shelf life:

2 years in original unopened packaging, stored at ambient temperature. Keep away from humidity.

Application temperature : approx. 170°C - 185°C.
Never exceed 190°C
