Hot MeltAdhesive which is applied at hot temperatures and sets up while cooling

Uses

TLH 4272E is a hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive for general purpose permanent label applications.

Suitable for most common face stock materials like vellum, cast-coated glossy paper, thermal paper or other design for general purpose permanent labels.

Suitable for general purpose permanent applications on paper & polyolefin, even under cold conditions (down to -5°C).

Consumption:

Average coating weight: 20-22gsm (coating weight depends on type of substrate)

Shelf life:

Up to 1 year stored in its original packaging in a clean and dry place at a temperature not exceeding +35°C.

Application

TLH 4272E can be applied by roll coater or slot die nozzle at temperatures between 150 - 170°C.

Rotating slot die nozzle is recommended for low coating weight (15-30gsm).

Clean up
Purge with the adhesive itself.
