Uses

TLH 2355E is a hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive for peelable and removable label applications.

Suitable for most common face stock materials like vellum, cast-coated glossy paper, thermal paper or other design for removable labels and tapes. Suitable for removable applications on paper, maintains adhesion on tightly curved surfaces.

CAUTIONS: Lamination needs to be done during the adhesive open time to get a sufficient anchorage on the face material.

Consumption:

Average coating weight: 20-35gsm (coating weight depends on type of substrate)

Shelf life:

Up to 1 year stored in its original packaging in a clean and dry place at a temperature not exceeding +35°C.

Application

TLH 2355E can be applied by roll coater or slot die nozzle at temperatures between 150 - 170°C.
Rotating slot die nozzle is recommended for low coating weight (15-30gsm).

Clean up
Purge with the adhesive itself.
