Hot MeltAdhesive which is applied at hot temperatures and sets up while cooling

Uses

TLH 2016E is a hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive for insect catch entrapment. Suitable for various designs of insect traps for flies, mosquitoes, etc.

Adhesive doesn’t flow when the adhesive panel is placed in vertical position at ambient temperature.

Standard pressure sensitive adhesive tests are not applicable to this kind of adhesive.

Shelf life:

Up to 1 year stored in its original packaging in a clean and dry place at a temperature not exceeding +35°C.

Application

TLH 2016E can be applied by roll coater or slot die nozzle at temperatures between 80-130°C.

Clean up
Purge with the adhesive itself.
