Uses

TLH 2013E is a hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive suitable for self-adhesive tapes and bandages.
 

TLH 2013E is used for medical tapes, drapes, dressings and bandages.

  • Will remove without leaving adhesive residues 
  • Complies with FDA 175.105 (indirect or direct occasional food contact) and FDA 175.125 (direct food contact for pressure-sensitive adhesives)

Consumption:

Average coating weight: 15-50gsm (coating weight depends on type of substrate)

Shelf life:

Up to 1 year stored in its original packaging in a clean and dry place at a temperature not exceeding +35°C.

Application

TLH 2013E can be applied by roll coater, slot die nozzle or spray application at temperatures between 140 - 170°C.
Rotating slot die nozzle is recommended for low coating weight (15-30gsm).

Clean up
Purge with the adhesive itself.
