Hot MeltAdhesive which is applied at hot temperatures and sets up while cooling
TackAdhesive power to maintain together 2 materials. Tacky surface means sticky surface.

Uses

TEP 70 is a 100% Hot Melt Pressure Sensitive Adhesive used for palletizing. Suitable for paper, cardboard, paper bages, PE and PP foils. Application by nozzle.

Physical:

Base: EVA
Aspect - colour: Freepack white
Viscosity Brookfield at 150°C: 3300-5700 mPa.s
Softening point Ring and Ball: approx. 91°C.

Shelf life:

1 year at least in its original closed packaging and kept away from moisture and heat.

Application

Running temperature: 150 - 170° C (never exceed 180°C).

TEP 70 is also suitable for palletizing thick cardboard.
CAUTION: Apply only a small quantity of adhesive in order to avoid strong bonding and damaging of cardboard.

Product reference SOLMELT 100 N (cf. instructions of use).
