Hot MeltAdhesive which is applied at hot temperatures and sets up while cooling

Uses

TEM 671 is 100% hot melt pressure-sensitive adhesive suitable for vertical labelling of standard, moisture-resistant (REH) or Foraperle treated paper labels on PET bottles or dry glass bottles. Suitable for non carbonated drinks.

Benefits

Application by roller (partial labelling) or nozzle up to 40 000 bottles/ hour, wrap-around labels: <20 000 bottles / hour.
Raw materials comply with FDA CFR 21 175.105 for indirect food contact.

Viscosity Brookfield Thermosel 20 rpm, spindle 21, at +150°C: 600 mPa.s
Softening point (ring and ball): approx. 78°C

Shelf life:

This product may be stored for at least 1 year in its original closed packaging in a dry place between +5°C to +30°C.

Application

Working temperature between +140°C-170°C.

(Do not exceed +180°C).
