PVC 3000

PVC 3000 is recommended for the assembly of rigid PVC items aimed for carpentry (window frame, door frame...). 
Suitable for unplastified PVC.
Creates a cold welding.

- Application temperature :  + 10 - 25°C
- Maximum open time : approx 1 minute
- Pressing time : 2 to 3 minutes approximately
- Final setting time : approx 6 hours    

Safety:

IMPORTANT: before embarking on any work involving our PVC 3000, the separate Product Safety Data Sheet must be studied carefully by those carrying out the work.

Shelf life:

2 years in a cool ventilated place (max +35°C)

Cut the supplied canula to the required size.
Apply one thread of adhesive on one of the surface to bond.
Put the material immediately in place and press strongly for 15 seconds  - 1 minute.
As the setting takes place very rapidly, both materials must be in contact within 1 minute after the glue application.
Wait for 10 minutes before handling bonded materials.
Wait for 30 minutes minimum before use.
