BOSTIK NM 110 self-levelling compound is suitable for smoothing and levelling of screeds, concrete floors and other hard, rigid bases (ceramic tiling and special plasterboards). BOSTIK NM 110 is suitable for commercial premises with high traffic.
It can be applied in layers between 1-10 mm thickness in one work step (up to 15 mm when used with sand).
Can be used on traces of hard, sound and water-tight adhesives (existing acrylic, neoprene and bituminous film).
Suitable under parquet/wood floors, plastic and textile coverings, linoleum and tiling.
Not to be used as a wearing surface.
1.5 kg/m² per 1 mm thickness
Up to 9 months in the original unopened bag in dry conditions.
PREPARATION
Subfloors must be sound, of adequate tensile and compressive strength; free from laitance, cracks and structural defects; clean and free from dust, grease, curing compounds, sealers or any other contaminants that would inhibit proper bond.
Substrate residual moisture content must be less than 3%.
For anhydrite slabs, moisture content should be less than 1% for laying textile coverings and ceramic tiles, 0.5% for laying plastic coverings and parquet floors.
All major holes must be filled with ROXOL RENO QUICK.
New asphalt screeds should be shot-blasted first.
Adhesive residues that are hard, sound and water-tight should be mechanically cut-back to a minimum. Soft and weak adhesive residues and smoothing underlayments should be completely removed.
See primer chart for selecting suitable primer.
