FINDTACK 3000

Water-based vinylic adhesive for floding boxes

Uses

FINDTACK 3000 is a water-based vinylic adhesive for floding boxes. Suitable for standard, printed or varnished cardboard (acrylic).

Benefits

  • Application by nozzle (high pressure) or wheel
  • Suitable for high speed machines (up to 350 m/min)
  • Raw materials comply with FDS 175.105 for indirect food contact

Properties

Physical:

  • Base: VAE (presence of boric acid)
  • Aspect : white liquid
  • Dry content : approx 55 %
  • Viscosity Brookfield : approx 3 500 mPas at 23°C
  • pH : approx 4

Shelf life:

up to 6 months in its original closed packing kept between 10 and 30°C. Keep away from frost.

The minimal application temperature is 15°C.
Avoid any contact with alkaline agents.
