FINDTACK 1000

Water-based vinylic adhesive for floding boxes

Uses

FINDTACK 1000 is a water-based vinylic adhesive for floding boxes.

Suitable for high speed machines. Suitable for application by nozzle (Valco, HSS, Nordson systems).

Benefits

  • Good adhesion on acrylic varnish
  • Raw materials comply with FDS 175.105

Properties

Physical:

  • Base: VAE (presence of boric acid)
  • Aspect: white cream
  • Dry solids content: 50-54 %
  • Viscosity Brookfield : approx 1000 - 1 500 mPas at 23°C
  • pH: 3-4.5
  • Specific gravity: approx. 1.05 

Shelf life:

up to 6 months in its original closed packing kept between 10 and 30°C. Keep away from frost.

The minimal application temperature is 15°C.
Avoid any contact with alkaline agents.
