Construction
Eponal is a synonym for seamless epoxy coatings used in industrial facilities.
These coatings are designed for numerous applications and they can be used:
- as hard wearing and chemically resistant finish coating for industrial, commercial and hygiene areas
- as waterproofing coating to protect against rising damp
- as corrosion protective coating
Eponal is used as well for building repair, bonding and reinforcement of structures, pipes renovation.
Eponal coatings are widely used in food and chemical industry, hospitals, schools, kitchens, park areas, warehouses, garage floors, etc. Epoxy coatings are tough, durable and have excellent adhesion to concrete, metal, wood and stone substrates, tiles. Eponal epoxy coatings have anti-skid properties. Eponal range offers a wide choice of colours.
It is used as a primer or a main coat in multi-layer thick-bed flooring system (3 to 5mm thick) for high traffic applications (production areas, warehouses, high traffic areas, laboratories, etc.); as a float-applied repair mortar for damaged concrete substrate or liquid mortar for crack bridging; as a tile grout in industrial applications. Excellent adhesion to most substrates including concrete, ceramic tiles, metal, brick, stone and timber. Excellent mechanical and chemical resistance. Easy application. The product has an EPD available (Environmental Product Declaration).

Waterproofing Barrier Coating - Epoxy Floor primer - Crack Repair. It is used as a bonding primer on damp concrete subfloors or on subfloors likely to suffer later from rising damp. It can, even in areas subject to hydrostatic pressure, provide a surface damp proof barrier where a structural DPM is not present or is ineffective. It allows the early installation of moisture sensitive floor coverings in fast track building operations.

2-component primer for the preparation of wooden floorboards and parquet, moisture resistant particleboards and plywood prior to the application of one of our levelling compounds reinforced with synthetic fibres. Multi-purpose primer: filler/repair and strengthener for joins and wooden floor defects, thus strengthening the floor and reducing cracking; primer for parquet to provide excellent adherence; damp protective primer for wood basement against water contained in self-levelling compounds.
