Uses

CEKOMASTIK 999 is a two-part polysulfide sealant. It acts as both sealing and insulating material for the production of double glass units because of its high adhesion feature to glass and aluminium surfaces.

Application time: 20-80 min at +23°C, 50% RH
Skin forming time: <=2 hours at +23°C, 50% RH
Curing speed: <=6 hours at +23°C, 50% RH

Shelf life:

At least 6 months in original closed packing in cool and dry conditions.

Application

APPLICATION

Application surfaces must be dry and free from oil and dust.

Weight Ratio of Application: 100 g Part A for 10 g Part B are to be mixed until reaching a homogeneous mixture.

PLEASE NOTE

Before mixing, it should be checked carefully that Part A and B have the SAME BATCH NUMBER.

- For application with small volumes, a pump-gun and a spatula can be used.

- Use dosage adjustable machines for reaching a good mixing level for high volume applications.

- Apply mixture to fill the gap between double glass and aluminium bar.

REMARKS

- After application the tools must be cleaned by white spirit or alcohol within 10 minutes.

- It is recommended to apply the product between 0° and +40°C.
