Hot-melt adhesive for tray forming, bonding lid/cover to tray, standard case / carton / folding box sealing applications. Suitable for high-speed packaging lines. Can be used for moisture treated stringy cardboard (double or triple-fluted). FDA 175 105 & BGA approved. Suitable for application by nozzle and wheel.
Suitable for low- and medium-speed packaging lines. Good flowing. Good wetting properties on standard cardboard. FDA 175 105 & BGA approved. Application by nozzle or wheel.

Hot melt adhesive for edgebanding and soft forming applications. ARDAL HM 195 is a translucent unfilled adhesive suitable on all types of edges: wood, melamine paper, plastic materials (ABS, PVC, polyester, etc.), unprimed HPL.
Coating speed for straight edgebanding: from 30 to 60 m/min
Coating speed for soft forming: from 5 to 30 m/min
Heat resistance: 60-80°C
Suitable on allmost all types of edges: wood, melamine paper, plastic (ABS, PVC, polyester, etc.). Suitable for thick wood (up to 3cm) and difficult edges. Coating speed for straight edgebanding: from 30 to 80 m/min. Coating speed for soft forming: from 25 to 30 m/min. Heat resistance: 70-100°C.
Low application temperature. Especially designed for edgebanding application of primed PVC edges, which are not electrically conductive. Suitable on slow speed machines: from 5 to 25 m/min. Heat resistance: 60-70°C.
Very high temperature resistance: 100-130°C (ideal for kitchen furniture). Suitable for all types of edges. Suitable on slow speed machines for soft forming: from 5 to 30 m/min. Coating speed for straight edgebanding: from 5 to 80 m/min.
Filled hot melt adhesive for edgebanding application of polyester, melamine paper and wood veneer onto particle boards and plywood. Coating speed: 20-80 m/min. Good thermal stability and good heat resistance: 80-100°C.
