ECOGRIP 2800 is designed for making rigid insulation panels:
bonding PU rigid foam, expanded polystyrene on particle boards, fibreboards, plasterboard sheets, PVC, cement, etc.
Also suitable for bonding flexible foam on rigid substrates.
Vinyl-based adhesive for particle board veneering.
ECOGRIP 60036 XV has been specially designed for veneering of paper sheets or semi-rigid PVC on particle board with the help of continuous veneering machines.
Suitable for high speed machines. Good adhesion on acrylic varnish. Suitable for application by nozzle (Valco, HSS, Nordson systems). Raw materials comply with FDS 175.105.

Rapid drying, water borne, trowelling grade co-polymer adhesive with a wide range of uses, including bonding foam, cork, felt and fibrous slabs to themselves or to wood, glass, painted metal, rigid plastics or to building surfaces. It is used in military applications for bonding Mineral Wool Marine Board to ships platework. It remains semi-flexible when dry, and exhibits very good water resistance.
A high solids synthetic rubber based adhesive primarily used for bonding Idenden Insulation Hangers to a variety of building surfaces. It may also be used for bonding a variety of insulation panels (not expanded polystyrene) to faced or unfaced building surfaces.
High quality rubberised bituminous emulsion suitable for use as an insulation adhesive or to provide a vapour barrier coating to cold store walls. It can be used as a primer for other bituminous systems and as a keying aid for sprayed polyurethane. It can also function in its own right, as a damp proof membrane. It gives protection against corrosion. Ideal for bonding low density fibrous insulation, cork and lightweight foam insulants including expanded polystyrene and rigid polyurethane to metal, masonry or wood.
Brushing adhesive suitable for bonding all types of thermal insulation (including expanding polystyrene) to painted and unpainted steel, aluminium and galvanised ducting. It is also suitable for sealing overlaps of aluminium facings. It is completely toluene free.
Hgh quality, acrylic emulsion coating. The coating is ideal for applications in the thermal insulation industry to seal internal insulated piping, equipment and air conditioning ducting. It can be used on faced or unfaced insulation in 2 coat applications to sandwich reinforcing membranes. Quick and easy application by brush or spray.Forms a homogeneous coating that demonstrates excellent flame retardancy and durability. The dried film is washable and resistant to mould and insect attack.
