Hot melt adhesive for edgebanding and soft forming applications. ARDAL HM 195 is a translucent unfilled adhesive suitable on all types of edges: wood, melamine paper, plastic materials (ABS, PVC, polyester, etc.), unprimed HPL.
Coating speed for straight edgebanding: from 30 to 60 m/min
Coating speed for soft forming: from 5 to 30 m/min
Heat resistance: 60-80°C
Also suitable for edgebanding adn soft forming applications. Exhibits long open time and very good cohesion. Good results can be obtained for polyester edges and melamine paper with thickness of edges: from 1 to 3 mm. Suitable on low speed machines: from 20 to 25 m/min. Low viscosity. Roller application.
