ATOBOND 1095-300

ATOBOND 1095-300 is a synthetic based fast setting labelling adhesive with good cleaning characteristics adapted up to  60 000 bottles / hour. 
Suitable for labelling of paper labels on glass bottles. Cold, warm, wet or dry conditions.

Physical:

• Base: synthetic polymer.
• Aspect : creamy white
• Viscosity  Brookfield RVT, 10 rpm, spindle 7, at 23°C:  approx. 95 000 mPa.s
• pH: 7-8 

Shelf life:

6 months in its original closed packaging between 15 to 20°C. Keep away from frost.

This adhesive can be pumped easily and due to its excellent flow characteristic, it will exhibit high mileage.
Working temperature: between 25°C – 35°C.
It can be used with all roller application systems and any labelling paper.
Despite excellent resistance to condensation, labelled bottles may be washed off in all types of washing installations using standard detergent concentrations.
