Uses

ATOBOND 1076 is a starch labelling glue dedicated to universal use up to 30 000 bottles / hour and especially for warm / hot labelling conditions.

Labelling of paper labels on glass; warm, hot, cold, wet, dry conditions.

Properties

Physical:

- Base: starch

- Aspect: tan cream.

- Viscosity Brookfield RVT, 10 rpm, spindle 7, at +23°C: approx. 85 000 mPa.s

- pH: 7-8

Shelf life:

Ex works, 6 months in its original closed packaging between +10 to +30°C. Keep away from frost.

Application

This adhesive can be easily pumped due to its flow characteristic.

The recommended working temperature is between +20°C and +30°C.

The main advantage is its high tack preventing slipping of labels. It can be used with all roller application systems and a variety of label stocks. Labelled bottles may be washed off in all types of washing installations using standard detergent concentrations.
