Uses

ATOBOND 1050 N is a high tack labelling glue, dedicated to fast speed machines up to 60 000 bottles / hour.

Labelling of paper labels on cold, wet, dry and hot, commercially available glass bottles.

Properties

Physical:

- Base: casein.

- Aspect: tan cream.

- Viscosity Brookfield RVT, 10 rpm, spindle 7, at +23°C: approx. 60 000 mPa.s

- pH: 7-8

Shelf life:

Ex works, 6 months in its original closed packaging between +15 to +20°C. Keep away from frost.

Application

This adhesive can be easily pumped. Due to its good flow characteristics, low coating weights can be achieved.

The recommended working temperature is between +24°C and +32°C.

The main advantage of ATOBOND 1050 N is its high tack preventing slipping of labels. It can be used with all roller application systems and a variety of label stocks. Despite the outstanding hyper condensation resistance, labelled bottles may be washed off in all types of washing installations using standard detergent concentrations.
