ATOBOND 1030

ATOBOND 1030 is a quick – tacking labelling adhesive for universal use. It is used to apply labels on cold, wet, dry and hot commercially available glass bottles.

• Economical adhesive
• Suitable for low speed applications (< to 30 000 bottles/hour)
• Good flow characteristics
• Quick–tacking characteristic: non slipping labels and films

Physical:

• Base: modified polymers 
• pH- value: 7-9 
• Colour: beige 
• Viscosity at 23°C: appr. 120.000 mPa.s  (Brookfield RVT 7/20)

Shelf life:

Up to 6 month stored between +15°C and +20°C. Keep away from frost

This adhesive can be pumped easily; good flow characteristics; can be applied very sparingly.

Working temperature: between 25°C – 32°C.

It can be used with all roller application systems and any labelling paper.
Despite excellent resistance to condensation, labelled bottles may be washed in all types of washing installations using standard detergent concentrations. Please check compatibility before using.
