Uses

ARDAL XT.7751 is a filled hot melt adhesive for edgebanding and soft forming applications of polyester, melamine paper, wood veneer on particle boards and plywood.

Physical:

- Application temperature: 190-210°C
- Aspect: prills
- Colour: natural
- Viscosity Thermosel at 200°C: approx. 105 000 mPa.s

Shelf life:

2 years in original unopened packaging, stored at ambient temperature. Keep away from humidity.

Application

The panels and the edges should be kept at ambient temperature (which should not be below +15°C); wood moisture content should not exceed 10% in order to achieve good bonding results.

Coating weight (depending on panel quality): 150-350 g/m² for straight edgebanding.

Coating weight (depending on panel quality): 150-200 g/m² for soft forming.
