Uses
ARDAL T.7631 is a filled hot melt adhesive especially designed for edgebanding application of polyester, melamine paper and wood veneer onto particle boards and plywood.
Benefits
- Suitable for use on IMA, Homag, Holz Her, Biesse, Stephani machines
- Coating speed: 20-80 m/min
- No separation in tanks when molten
- Good cohesion
- Good thermal stability
- No stringing
- Good heat resistance: 80–100°C

- Application temperature: 190-205°C
- Aspect: prills
- Colour: natural
- Viscosity Thermosel at 200°C: approx. 70 000 mPa.s
- Softening point, R&B: approx. 98°C

Consumption:
Coating weight (depending on panel quality): 150-350 g/m².
Shelf life:
2 years in original unopened packaging, stored at ambient temperature. Keep away from humidity.

Application
The panels and the edges should be kept at ambient temperature (which should not be below +15°C); wood moisture content should not exceed 10% in order to achieve good bonding results.
